Anthony D’Silva
Managing Director
Professional Background and Global Experience
Anthony D’Silva has been involved in the financial services, asset management and alternative investment industry since 2000, an Australian national currently residing in Asia, having extensively travelled and conducted business in major financial hubs globally.
Anthony is the founder of Incu Global a global multifamily office & fund incubation platform and prior to Incu Global was a partner of Apex Fund Services Holdings and Managing Director at Apex Investment Consulting & Apex Fund Services, an independent & privately owned globally regulated fund administration and fund advisory firm with operating offices in 34 countries, working with over 1200 funds globally and over USD40 billion in assets.
Anthony is currently an independent/non-executive director for a number of funds and investment management companies.

Nathan Ross
Director
Professional Background and Global Experience
Nathan Ross has worked across the financial services and asset management industry since 2004. He has developed businesses and managed funds and investments. Nathan has directed many complex technical, regulatory and compliance projects in multiple jurisdictions.
Nathan is a Director of Incu Global Ltd (Incu), a multi-family office and fund incubation platform. He is a founder of Rosyth Technology, offering investment, compliance, and technology consultancy. Providing capital raising and operations support to Fintech and Web3 projects.
Prior to this Nathan worked with several firms in Asia:
- Director, Carnival Solutions. Raising assets and executing private equity investment projects, and also providing compliance and governance oversight.
- Head of Hedge Fund Sales, Thomson Reuters. Multinational firm and market leader in financial and legal, news, data, and analytics.
- Director, Research and Marketing, Adept Capital Partners. A licensed fund manager investing in Asia alternatives, hedge funds, and real estate.
- Head of Sales Eurekahedge. The leading Asian alternative investment consultancy firm on fund research/due diligence, capital introduction and fund start-up consultancy & advisory services.
Nathan is a registered director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Law, 2014. (Director ID 3612943).
Nathan was licensed with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Type 9 asset management
Nathan holds a Degree in Physics from Royal Holloway University of London.
Brook McConnell
President of South Ocean Management Ltd.
Professional Background and Global Experience
Brook McConnell co-founded South Ocean Management operations in Hong Kong and relocated there from the United States in 1992.
Before co-founding the company, he worked as an institutional securities broker with Melhado, Flynn & Associates in New York City for five years and, prior, as Vice President with PaineWebber, Inc. in Washington, D.C. for eight years.
He is a graduate of the University of Denver.
South Ocean Management is registered and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong and the company itself is also registered in the US with the Securities Exchange Commission.
